Bij de yahoogroep Kaartenvriendinnen hebben we elk weekend een deelnemer die een layout aanleverd, de zogenaamde Weekend Layout (WLO)

Ik had nog een verhuiskaartje voor mijn oom nodig, die is gaan samenwonen met zijn vriendin.

Voor dit kaartje heb ik een digistamp van een brievenbus gebruikt. Het papier komt uit een paperpad van Basic Grey - Indian Summer. Het labeltje is een clipboard sticker - voordat ik het op het papier plakte heb ik de tekst "veel geluk in jullie nieuwe woning' erop gestempeld. Daarna heb ik het papier ingekleurd met chalks.

Hello everyone,

We have on the yahoogroup 'Kaartenvriendinnen' every week a member who's sending the participants a layout, we called that the Weekend Layout (WLO).

I needed a 'new home' card for my uncle who is gonna live with his new girl-friend in their new home.

I used for this card a digistamp of a mailbox, and the paper of Basic Grey - Indian Summer . The label is a clipboard sticker - before i stick it on the paper i've stamped the dutch text "Have a lot of hapiness in your new home' on it. After sticking the clipboard label on it, i coloured it with chalks.

Het werd wel weer eens tijd dat ik mijn neus hier kwam laten zien he?!
Wegens erge drukte, wat meer pijn waardoor de dagen wat lastiger zijn in te delen een hele periode geen tijd gehad om mijn blog bij te werken.

Volgende week is mijn vriendin en haar tweelingzus jarig. Vandaag vierde zijn het en wil voor haar zusje ook altijd een klein cadeautje hebben. Een tijd terug kreeg ik van de buurvrouw van mijn ouders een doosje in mijn handen gedrukt - met de mededeling; dat kan jij vast ook maken. Dus gisteren het doosje nog eens goed bestudeerd en aan de slag gegaan

It's a long time ago, isn't it?
Because the busy days before Christmas, days with more pain which i have usual, are the days also difficult to classify. And i haven't had much time left to work on my blog.

Next week my friend and her twin sister celebrate their birthday's but because it's near to Christmas they had their party today. I always what to have a small present for the twin sister of my friend too. A while ago the neighbour of my parents gave me a small box with teabags in it. She said; you can made that too! So yesterday i've look at it again and started to make one myself.

Gisterenavond de allerlaatste kerstkaart die ik voor eigen gebruik denk nodig te hebben gemaakt.
Ik heb hiervoor de sketch op "Just Magnolia" blog gebruikt.

Het stempeltje is (natuurlijk) van Magnolia.
Het papier wat ik voor dit kaartje heb gebruikt is van Kaiserkraft. Erg fijn papier om mee te werken. Ik weet niet of het duidelijk te zien is op de foto, maar er zit ook een relief in de groene achtergrond.

Ik heb nog een aantal kerstkaartjes voor mezelf nodig en er hebben al een aantal mensen geinformeerd of ik ze nog zal verkopen, dus toen het gisteren lekker ging met het eerste scrapkaartje ben ik doorgegaan met een tweede.

Dit kaartje is gebaseerd op de sketch van Stampin' for the Weekend. Ik heb het kaartje bewust een beetje rustig gehouden - gezien we ook wat vrijgezellen mannen in onze vriendenkring hebben en ik deze ook graag een kerstkaartje stuur.

Hallo bloggers,

Mijn moeder wilde graag een huwelijks kaartje voor de buurjongen (die al vele jaren niet meer de buurjongen is maar nog altijd zo genoemd wordt ;-) ) die gaat trouwen. Omdat ik mensen altijd graag de keuze geef had ik een borduurkaartje en een scrapkaartje gemaakt.

Het scrapkaartje heb ik gebaseerd op de sketch van Double Dutch. Het roze cardstock papier kan je openklappen en heb jullie op de tweede foto een kijkje aan de binnenkant gegeven.

Het papier is van Basic Grey - Olivia. En het afdrukje is van een clearstamp pakketje van de Action. De tekst stempel "Liefde en Geluk"is van Marianne Design en het hartje aan de binnenkant naast de tekst stempel "liefde en geluk" en ook de just married tekst komt uit hetzelfde clearstamp pakketje als het bruidspaar.

Nu maar afwachten welke mams zal kiezen, het borduur of het scrapkaartje ;-)

My mother ask me to make a wedding card for our "boy next door" who's now for many years not the boy next door anymore - but has still the name ;-) I like to give people a choice of cards when someone ask me to make a card - so i made a card which i stitch and i made this scrapcard.

I've used the sketch on Double Dutch to make this card. You can open the pink cardstock paper and i gave you a look inside on the second picture.

The paper is from Basic Grey - Olivia. The stamped image is from a clear stamp set from a Dutch store "Action". The heart on the inside of the pink cardstock and the text "Just Married" are also from that clearstamp set. The text "Liefde en Geluk" which means "Love and Happiness" is from a clear text stamp set of Marianne Design.

Now i have to wait untill my mum has made her choice which card she want to have :)

Eigenlijk begon dit kaartje als 'goedmakertje' dat ik vorige week WEER scrappapier heb gekocht, terwijl ik nog zoveel (ongebruikt) heb liggen! Dus het doel was, maak een kaartje met het eerste scrappapier wat ik ooit kocht...een scrappapier pakket van het Kruidvat. 100% kruidvat papier is het niet (er zit een blaadje Marianne Design bij en het blauwe strookje, is een restje)

Het afdrukje is een heeeeeeel oudje van Magnolia. Blijft fijne stempels om te kleuren. De sketch die ik gebruikt heb is die van Create4Fun

I made this card as a compensate for myself, because i bought last week AGAIN new scrappaper, and i have so much unused paper! So my intention was to use my first bought paper from a dutch store Kruidvat. (i only have used one other paper from Marianne Design and the blue strip is a left over)

Een nieuwe woning

Hallo!

Een vriendin van mij heeft een tijdje terug de sleutel van haar 1e huisje gekregen en gaat bijna verhuizen. Dus...tijd om een verhuiskaartje te maken.

Het leek mij leuk om weer een combinatie te maken van borduren en scrappen. Voor het kaartje heb ik een borduurpatroon van Ann's Paper Art gebruikt (a712)

De layout is een sketch op Crazy 4 Challenges. Het papier komt uit een paperbloc van de Action en een Sizzix blokje. Dit laatste heb ik door de cuttlebug heen gehaald in de mal "devine swirl' om zo een speels effect te krijgen.

De bloemetjes zijn ook gestanst met de cuttlebug en Joy! mallen. Het roze bloemetje heb ik gekocht bij Hobbyshop Christa.

Hi there,

A while ago a friend of my receive the key of her first appartment and she will move in a short time to her new home. So time for me to make a card for her.

I like the idea for making a card combine stitching with scrapping. So i stitch a key pattern with a pattern of Ann's Paper Art (a712)

I used the layout of the sketch on Crazy 4 Challenges. The paper i've used are from a paperbloc from a dutch store "action" and a Sizzix paperbloc. I embossed the paper from the Sizzix paperbloc with the cuttlebug folder "devine swirl'

The flowers are also made with the cuttlebug with a die cut flower of Joy! I bought the flower in the middle of the die cut from Christa's Hobbyshop.

Al een aantal weken ben ik bezig met een bestelling van vrienden van mijn ouders. Kaarten met bootjes of maritiem kaartjes. Leuke opdracht, maar niet altijd even eenvoudig (de andere zal ik tzt showen hoor)

Voor de afwisseling wilde ik met 1 van de 3D plaatjes ook eens een scrapkaartje maken (de andere zijn tot nu toe geborduurd). De sketch op Moving along with the times, paste perfect bij het plaatje wat nu natuurlijk wel een vereiste was.

Het papier op de achtergrond is voor mij onbekend. Heb het eens gehad van een vriendin. Om het voor de rest wat rustiger te houden heb ik ervoor gekozen verder geen design papier te gebruiken.

I've been busy a couple of weeks now with a card order to make cards with boats or marine cards. It's nice to make, but not simple all the time. (i will show you the other cards soon)

I thought it would be a nice idea to make a scrapcard with a 3D image instead of the combine with stitching (like the other cards) So i search for a nice sketch for the 3D image and saw a pretty one on Moving along with the times blog.

I don't know which paper i have used on the background, i got it from a friend of mine.

Butterfly Birthday Greetings

Hallo allemaal,

Eindelijk weer een berichtje op mijn blog. Tis alweer even geleden dat ik hier was.
Heb in de tussentijd zeker niet stil gezeten, maar had diverse opdrachtjes die ik hier helaas nog niet kan laten zien.

Vandaag heb ik wel iets gemaakt wat ik kan laten zien. Namelijk een kaartje voor mijn binnenkort jarige schoonmoeder. Ze is dol op vlinders dus wat kan een kaartje beter bevatten dan....juist een vlinder.

In plaats van een stempel met een vlinder heb ik deze eens geborduurd. Met een patroon van Ann's Paper art (a711). De layout van het kaartje is gebaseerd op een sketch van Dutch Card Lovers.

Het papier is afkomstig van paperblocs gekocht bij de Action (wat wou ik dat er hier 1 wat dichterbij zat, zou wat minder gunstig voor de portemonnee zijn maar wat een leuke snuffel zaak).

Finally a message on my blog. It is a while ago i show some of my cards.
But i haven't do nothing. I was busy with several cards for people who wanted to buy them, i cannot show them already but the were coming when i can.

But today i made a card i can show you. I made it for my mother in law who is celebrating her birthday coming week. She loves butterflies, so what ingredient does my card need....yes...a butterfly.

To make it a bit special i stitch the butterfly instead of stamping it. It's a stitching pattern of Ann's Paper Art (a711). I based my card on the sketch on Dutch Card Lovers.
The papier i've used is from paperblocs from a Dutch store Action. (I wish i had a store next to my house, but i don't think it's a good idea for my purse)

Voor de yahoogroep Kaartenvriendinnen heb ik de afgelopen weken wat kaartjes gemaakt.

I've made some cards for Kaartenvriendinnen (a dutch yahoo group) last weeks.

Dit labelkaartje heb ik tijdens een online workshop gemaakt. Het papier is van de Wibra en het Piggy stempeltje van Nelly Snellen.

This label card i made with an online workshop. I've used some papers of a paperbloc from the Wibra store (a dutch store) and i used a Piggy stamp image from Nellie Snellen.



En dit kaartje is gemaakt voor de borduurwedstrijd. De maker van het patroontje is me even ontschoten.

And this card i made for the stitching contest. I only forgot the designer of the pattern.

Hier een projectje waar ik gisteren en eergisteren mee bezig ben geweest. Gisterenavond was het al af, maar het licht was niet meer mooi om er een foto van te maken.

Here mine 'project' i've been busy with the last days. I finished yesterday evening but there was not enough light outside to make a nice picture of it.
Het is gebaseerd op de (engelstalige) beschrijving op Splitcoaststampers, en het thema van deze keer op Dutch Dare Card Challenges.

I based this Criss Cross card on a tutorial on Splitcoaststampers, and it's also this weeks theme on Dutch Dare Card Challenges.
Ik heb de maten aangepast naar mijn eigen 'smaak' en het kaartje versierd met een tekst stempeltje en een lief magnolia'tje gekleurd met mijn Derwents.

I change the sizes and decorate it with a text stamp and this sweet Magnolia image coloured with my Derwents.

Good afternoon, from my lazy seat in my backyard :-)

Herken je dat...eigenlijk geen tijd om een kaartje te maken maar een sketch zien waar je vanaf moment 1 verliefd op bent... Eergisterenavond was al 21.00 uur geweest maar ik moest en zou mijn ideetje uitwerken met de sketch die ik gezien had op Dutch Card Lovers.

Do you recognize this... although you haven't time....you see a sketch and MUST make a card with it, just because you fell in love with it the moment you saw it. The evening before yesterday evening i wanted to make a card with the sketch i saw on Dutch Card Lovers blog.

Ik had nog een restje van een 3D knipvel met vlinders liggen wat ik eens wilde verwerken in een scrapkaartje. Ik hou ervan om in de zomer lekker naar die dwarrelende beestjes te kijken zoveel kleuren... leuk!

I had a left over from a 3D sheet with butterflies, which i wanted to use on a scrapcard. I like to watch the real butterflies in summer - how they fly and the colours they have...


Het papier wat ik voor het kaartje heb gebruikt is van Marianne Design - vrolijke zomerse kleuren wat past bij deze kaart.

Kerst in Juni

Hier ben ik nog een keertje. Ik had een paar weken terug beloofd nog de geborduurde kerstkaarten voor alle weken in Juni te laten zien. Ze zijn allen gemaakt met patronen van Ann's Paper Art bekijk hier haar webshop of haar blog.

Afgelopen weekend weer op de scraptour geweest met de sketch van Friday Sketchers.
Heb de laatste tijd een voorkeur om rechthoekige kaartjes te maken - heeft ook zo'n charme vind je niet?

Last weekend i grab all my scrap stuff together and made a Christmas Card with the sketch on Friday Sketches. Last weeks i prefer rectangular cards more than square cards.

Het afdrukje heb ik eens gehad of gewonnen. Eigenlijk geen idee van welk merk dit is. Dus weet je de naam of merk van dit stempeltje, geef gerust een reactie ;-)

The stamp image is one i received from someone else, i really don't know which brand it is. So if you have the answer, please tell me ;-)

Ik heb voor dit kaartje papier gebruikt van "Three Bugs in a Rug - Let it Snow" en het groene velletje komt uit een kerstpapierboekje van de Boekenvoordeel.

I used paper from "Three bugs in a Rug - Let it Snow". The green piece of paper is from a Christmaspaperbloc from 'boekenvoordeel" (it's a dutch store)
